Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Karakal account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship to Karakal

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
